“ I traveled an hour. My family and I enjoyed every bit of the food. Those yams, honey were so good that I could dip my cornbread muffin in the pot liquorr. Every bite of the mac and cheese was cheesy. Catfish & Chicken were on point. The cashier...ORY (says I'm his new friend) was phenomenal. ”

The Mac and cheese was cheesy and flavorful like somebody’s g-ma made it! The greens were very good! I like that they give you an option between pork and turkey because I don’t eat pork so that was very considerate. Definitely want to come back! Prices are good! I paid less than 20 for my meal. ”

“ I saw some positive reviews about the chicken. So I wanted to try some. The breading is light and not greasy. It's got spices like salt and garlic in it. The sides are excellent the collard greens are a little spicy which I love. The reds and beans and rice are thick and hardy. The yams are exceptionally delicious. Very good place I want to come back here for a more chicken because I like this kind of chicken where it's soft and moist ”
“ All the food is amazing, you should eat here!!! The catfish is fresh and fried well. The yams are delicious and sweet but not too sweet. The greens are cooked to perfection and taste great with their cornbread. Everything is seasoned well but not too salty. Great customer service too. Taking the pecan pie home to eat later but i tasted it and it’s amazing too. I’ll definitely be back with friends and family! ”
“ Well, I guess I was looking lost, but Alex, who was Separating, the spoons, the forks and the knives, recognized that my colleague and I were looking lost. He quickly told me where the restrooms were, and where to order my food And place an order. He was very, very Professional and helpful.. The lady serving was also very patient just like a mother would be and showed me, The fried chicken, The smothered chicken etc. she made me feel at home, when I have never visited this place before. While it does not matter, I am from Columbus, Ohio, and here on a visit. I’ve had soul food in Columbus and I can now declare that Columbus don’t know how to do soul food. The Desserts were above what I expected, the German chocolate cake and a yellow cake with Icing. Priscilla gets high praise from me and the next time I visit in Chicago I would not leave until I Had some soul food from Priscilla. ”
